System Principles
The precondition for the heat treatment of exhaust gas is that the pollutant must be combustible. The mixture of organic and inorganic compounds in the process waste gas is in a state of water vapor, steam, or gas that is oxidized and / or burned. In the process of thermal oxidation, the hydrocarbons contained in the solvent react with oxygen to form water vapor and carbon dioxide.

The  exhaust gas is delivered to the heat cleaning furnace  by steam pressure . Because the gas containing a large amount of steam is easy to change into liquid state during the transfer process to the furnace, which then clog in the vertical pipe and make problem for the whole process , it is necessary to use heat tracing and preservation in the process pipeline ahead of the equipment, so as to ensure the smooth transmission of the gas in the pipeline.
